Lort Cha ingredients: 2-1 pack of rice pin noodel (banh bot loc), 3-4 beaten eggs, 2 cup of fresh bean sprouts, 1/2 -1 lbs of meat of your choice, 3-5 stalks of green onion (chopped),2 garlic cloves (minced), 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1/2 tbsp of oyster, 1/2 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of sugar, a pinch of salt, oil for cooking, couple of tbsp of sweet thick soy sauce (depends on your taste).
