Slow-Cooker Coconut Ginger Chicken & veggies Holy moly! Made this tonight. Was incredible! Served with a side of quinoa. Cooked on high for 2 hours instead of low for 4 hours. instead of butter used coconut oil. Instead of cornmeal used almond meal. Instead of baby corn used fresh mushrooms... Tasted incredible! Best curry I've ever made. Will make again.
