Pole fitness? I haven't A. Done the splits since I was in high school and B. This doesn't convince me I will ever look like this because of pole-exercise alone.

Pole dance/fitness is easily the sorest I've ever been after excercising! & it's fun so it doesn't feel like that much of a gnarley work out! Give it a go! :)

#Pole dance - from a sit, tilt to one side, place hand low on pole between legs, swing legs back and around to inside leg hang with a split grip. Kind of looks like a variation on flatline scorpio
