How to Create an Exercise Plan
Are you over 40 & KNOW you need to get more exercise? Are you overwhelmed at fitting it into your schedule? Do you feel like you're already stressed? Do you feel like you start your exercise plans strong and then quit? I have the solution! You need a plan that can help you roll out the exercise in a way that is manageable & successful. Use these steps to build out a plan for this week. Key TIPS: - Keep it a small amount of time that you are 90% certain you can achieve. It's better to be more consistent. - Start with what you know: if you're adding in more exercise, keep it familiar. Walking is an excellent start! - Attach the activity to something else you already do. This will be your trigger. Example: I will drop off my son at soccer and walk the field for 20 minutes.
