c. 1920s; Larry, Franders, & Clark - New Britain, CT Vintage cast iron meat grinder/chopper. This piece if of the same design as earlier Spong grinders and features heavy cast iron legs that don's clamp, but instead are flush with the edge of the counter/butcher block and hold it in place.
