2 Garlic cloves
1 small handful Herbs- thyme, fresh
1 Lemon
1 Optional chili flakes
Baking & Spices
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 Pepper, cracked
1 tsp Sea salt

9 tbsp Olive oil

1 Whole branzino- cleaned, gutted, descaled (roughly 1.25- 2lbs) or sub other whole fish -see notes
1/4 cup Chopped preserved lemons (rind and flesh) see notes for substitution
