This Antique Diamond Engagement Ring circa the late 1920's is magnificent! The 18k white gold setting has delicate filigree in a raised octagon shape that surrounds a round sparkling Old Mine cut natural diamond. The ring is vintage and the Art Deco filigree design is light and airy. One baguette synthetic blue sapphire stone accents each side of the diamond at the shoulder and the ring has well preserved engravings down each side of the band. The diamond weighs approximately .55 carats and is an Old Mine cut with approximately H-I color, VS2-SI1 clarity. The diamond was skillfully reset into the ring at some point in the past and is securely bezel set. The ring is marked 18k (solid gold, not filled or plated). This ring is in good vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed. This antique Art Deco ring features a wonderful Old Mine Cut diamond with lots of sparkle. This would make a wonderful engagement ring or right hand ring! Ring Size: 6 full (slightly larger than size 6) The rise of the ring is approximately 7 mm.
