For sure, next summer, I will visit Chef Dominique Geulin's Saint-Honoré Bakery in Portland! I want to try the famous "extrem-butter-and-sugar-cake" from Brittany (where I am from) that we call "Kouign-Amann". So anyway, I'll tell you more about Saint-Honoré Bakery and can't wait to discover it to enjoy also a french buttered croissant!
