Tokyo, Mitsubishi aircraft division is actively preparing for the first flight of the demonstrator of the future Japanese fighter ATD-X. The first should in all likelihood take place next February. 12 months late: Initially, the timetable for the demonstrator aircraft Japanese fighting fifth generation stealth ATD-X "Shinshin" included a maiden flight in March 2015. But software problems had forced the manufacturer to have to see this first flight at a later date.

The Hellenic Air Force (Greece) formally retired it's last A-7 Corsair IIs during a ceremony over two days 16 and 17 October. The last of it's remaining fleet of A-7EH and twin seat TA-7H brought to an end 39 years of service with the type, at Arahos air base. Greece was the last operational user of the A-7.
