INGREDIENTS :-
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 200 ml of milk
• 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
• 150 g of flour
• 1 sachet of baking powder
• Vanilla flavor to taste
🥣 INSTRUCTIONS:-
• In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar as shown in the video.
• Combine the milk, coconut oil, flour, yeast and vanilla flavor.
• Mix everything with a whisk until you get the perfect pancake dough.
• Preheat a lightly greased nonstick pan.
• Add 1-2 tablespoons of batter to each pancake and cook for 2-3 min per side over medium-low heat.
