- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Lemon Pepper Sauce🍋
- 1/2 cup vegan chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
- juice of 1 lemon (3 tbsps)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
How to make Lemon Pepper Tofu:
1. Slice tofu into triangles.
2. Breading: To a medium bowl, add cornstarch, nutritional yeast, dried ground thyme, salt, and cracked black pepper. Mix.
