2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp peppermint extract
1-2 tbsp milk (as needed)
For the Coating:
16 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, melted
1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for a smoother coating)
Crushed candy canes or peppermint candies (for garnish)
