DECORATED CHEST OF DRAWERS.   Possibly north-central Ohio, 1830-1860, poplar. Two over four drawers with scrolled stiles and feet. Retains its original, vibrant paint, including faux mahogany graining with faux crossbanding on the large drawer, and stenciled escutcheons. Retains its original pulls. 48 1/2"h. 43"w. 21 1/2"d.
