Homemade chicken nuggets-Tried these and not only are they some of the best chicken nuggets i've had, they cost less than a bag of processed nuggets, and I once cooked up and popped in the freezer I have the same ease as store bought nuggets-very excited about this!! Plus there is a great honey mustard dip at the bottom of the recipe :).
HAKUSAI no OHITASHI ~~~ ohitashi literally means “to steep vegetables in a dashi stock sauce” and is a way to prepare vegetables without losing the integrity of the natural taste. while ohitashi is a method, it also refers to a dish specifically using spinach. the vegetable highlighted in this post's link is hakusai aka napa cabbage. Super Onigiri Recipe - I make these little on-the-go rice balls all the time with leftover rice, and whatever fillings and seasonings are convenient and on hand. These are made with leftover sprouted brown rice and cooked mung beans. They're filled with a bit of avocado, and I made a quick almond-butter + miso slather that I hit with the broiler for a quick flash. - from 101Cookbooks.com
