Move like Quicksilver with these HIIT & agility drills! 1. SKI- Squat, jump right, lead with your right leg and follow with left. Repeat on other side. Move forward 4 steps & back 4. (3 Sets) 2. HIGH KNEE SHUFFLE – Shuffle left for 4 seconds. Perform high knees while twisting your body & tapping opposite elbow to knee. Shuffle right & repeat. (60 Secs, 3 Reps) 3. HIGH KNEES – Bring your right knee & both hands to chest, switch to left knee and repeat 10x on each side. (60 Secs, 3 Reps)
