Cathedral Church of St. Peter and Holy and Indivisible Trinity, known as Gloucester Cathedral located in Gloucester, England. It originated in 678 and its foundation laid as new church in 1089. It held first coronation of King Henry III in 1216. It was dissolved by Henry VIII in 1540 then refounded as cathedral a year later. Built as abbey church, it is mainly Norman with additions in every style of Gothic architecture.
