A lustrous white American freeform fresh water pearl drops from an elegant 14 karat yellow gold circular filigree crescent embellished with a small square bezel-set blue sapphire and a round button white round fresh water pearl. The maker of the pendant is Krementz of Newark New Jersey. The pendant measures 1 9/16 inches in length including the bale and 7/16's inch in width. Included is a 16 inch cable chain.
