AN ANTIQUE GOLD, BAROQUE NATURAL PEARL AND DIAMOND TIARA c1900. Formed by two flowering branches with vine leaves in rose gold and brilliant cut diamonds and old baroque pearls with flower blooms in rose gold. The diamond center pattern of swirling roses is set with diamonds. The two removable sides were probably used with additional frames no longer available. Tiara of rock crystal panels engraved with arabesques by Cartier in February 1912 for Baron Pierre de Gunsburg. The panels are mounted in platinum and decorated with three motifs of rose- and brilliant-cut diamonds, surmounted by a line of graduated old-cut diamonds in mille grain settings. The base is defined with a line of rose-cut diamonds in a similar setting.
