Honey Pound Cake: 1C butter, 1 1/3C sugar, 1/4C honey, 5 large eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 3/4C flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt. Preheat oven 325. Beat butter, sugar & honey together (w/ mixer if possible) until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract. Add flour, baking powder & salt. Beat til smooth. Pour in lightly greased loaf pan and cook about 1 hr. Cool before unmolding.
