New Belgium Fat Tire is a 5.2 ABV American Amber / Red. The appearance is orange with a tinge of red and the nose biscuity malt. The flavor follows, sweet biscuit malt finishing with a fruity bitterness. Mouthfeel is smooth and moderate. This is technically a re-review though I don't think it's gone through any significant changes in the couple years since my original. It's a solid beer that will always remind me of happy Colorado memories and appreciating craft brewing for the first time.
