Salé - Filet mignon de porc au lait de coco. Pour 4 pers. : 1 filet mignon * 1 boite de lait de coco (20 à 25cl) * 1 à 2 càc de concentré de tomates * 1 à 2 càc de pâte de curry rouge (attention, très fort). Couper le filet en fines tranches. Dans une sauteuse, faire revenir la viande dans un peu d'huile de colza (ou de sésame) chaude. Quand elle est presque cuite (env. 6 minutes), recouvrir de lait de coco, ajouter le concentré de tomate et le curry. Laisser cuire à feu doux pendant 5 min.
