Donghai Bridge is the result of the strong work ethic of the Chinese people. The bridge, built over the sea, is 20 miles long and considered one of the longest cross sea bridges in the world. It was officially completed in December 2005. The bridge connects Shanghai with offshore Yangshan, a deep-water port.
