Claude from Random Rants and Prickly Plants writes,“That is a real live mutant cactus. The Astrophytums are highly mutable… and for a variagated cactus this ones pretty handsome. And I have to add… when real plants do stuff like this, why bother with fake ones? Leave the plastic for Tupperware.”
2- Lithops _ are truly fascinating little plants. Lithops are perfect for people to grow who don’t have a lot of space because they are small and can grow really well in a pot on the windowsill. Lithops should be cared for like other succulents by watering sparingly during winter and increasing water during the summer months. Placing various pebbles and semi-precious stones around the plants in a pot can really bring out the colours of the plant and add interest.

Details about Exotic Conophytum Calculus Seeds~succulent~cactus~lithops
Conophytum calculus - this tiny little plant exists as a little blob and once a year stick a big yellow/orange flower throw the little slit. The body of the plant is two leaves that have evolved to be fused together, probably to have less surface area through which to lose water. The new leaves also come out through the gap in the middle and the old leaves die away. An amazing plant!
