Mohair yarn made this bunny pillow cover very usable. Sold
This textile art was inspired by a Teapot theme competition and a fascinating scrap of hand dyed wool (sky) this piece came to life (see sketches below). The gnarly old tree was crocheted from three shades of the same yarn. What can I say, Crows just show up everywhere! See if you can spot the teapot in the final scene…
For Sir Thaddeus Prescott Rutherford III, only the fanciest fabrics were used. Wools, silks, rayons, and velvets were assembled using both quilting and applique techniques. He was embellished with mohair, and decorative yarns to fancy him up for the ladies. His coop (frame) was hand made and painted using distressing techniques. The coops’ interior is decorated with cotton fabrics on the walls and raffia hay bundle flooring. Only the best for Thaddeus! Sold.
