PAD London FUMI. Gallery FUMI was the first design gallery to open in Shoreditch, London, in 2008. Gallery FUMI specialises in design pieces, usually produced in a limited edition or as a one-off commission, that while still functional can often teeter on the very edge of usability. Valerio Capo and Sam Pratt its directors are naturally drawn to both emerging and established designers who use their imaginations to push materials to their limits.

PAD London PASSEBON. In 1991, Pierre Passebon opens the Galerie du Passage in one of the most attractive covered passages of Paris, the Galerie Véro-Dodat, with a neoclassical decor going back to 1826. Furniture and objets of the 20th century are spread on two floors, arranged in unusual combination. His style is known for an attractive mix of rare and precious to eccentricity and functionality.
