''Eternal Flame'' by Peter Gentenaar from the Netherlands. He found that by beating pulp for a long time, a sheet of paper resembles a tree leaf. During the drying process, he would reinforce the paper sculpture with.thin ribs of bamboo. The would paper shrink, putting the non shrinking bamboo framework under stress. The result is reminiscent of a slowly curling autumn leaf. All his art is formed by pulp drying & shrinking in unison.
