Ingredients:
For the Seaside Snapper:
• 4 snapper fillets
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 lemon, sliced
For the Lobster Cream Sauce:
• 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 shallot, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat and prepare the snapper:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment. Drizzle snapper fillets with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and place lemon slices on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Prepare the Lobster Cream Sauce:
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté shallot and garlic until soft, about 3-4 minutes.
