How to Make Your Own Fajita Seasoning Mix: 3 T cornstarch, 2 T chili powder, 1 T salt, 1 T paprika, 1 T sugar, 2-1/2 tsp chicken bouillon, 1-1/2 tsp onion powder,  tsp garlic powder,  tsp smoked paprika,  tsp cumin,  tsp crushed red pepper flakes, Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional), Use three tablespoons per 1 lb of meat or veggies.
