1742 American (Massachusetts) Chest of drawers at the Winterthur Museum, Delaware - Yet another example of the painted furniture from 18th century Colonial America. The colours on this one have clearly faded over time, but were they at their full vibrancy, they would have created quite a dense floral pattern.
