Alan Jaras offers another different take on lensless photography than the #pinhole camera does. In his "Twisted Light" series and other work, Jaras captures light refraction patterns formed by a white light beam passing through a specially made complex plastic form. The pattern is captured directly on to 35mm film by removing the camera lens and putting the coloured and transparent refractive object in its place. Jaras' love for material and experiment are a great inspiration for #obscura!
