Marc Dutroux- Belguim-Convicted of kidnapping, torturing and sexually abusing six girls during 1995 & 6, ranging in age from 8 to 19, four of whom he murdered; also tortured and murdered his accomplice Bernard Weinstein.
In 2000, former licensed physician Michael Swango, 46, was indicted for murder. It is estimated that he was involved in as many as 60 fatal poisonings of patients and colleagues across several states, some as early as his time in medical school. He had also served 4 years in prison for poisoning coworkers. Swango only admitted to 3 deaths. He plead guilty and was sentenced to life imprisonment.

Christine Paolilla was convicted of shooting four of her friends to death in July 18, 2003. She was 17 at the time of the shooting, three years went by before her arrest was made through an anonymous tip to the police. She was living with then husband who both was heroin addicts. In October of 2009 she was sentenced to life in prison for her crime.
