SAPPHIRE AND DIAMOND BROOCH, LATE 19TH CENTURY Designed as a fleur de lys decorated with cushion-shaped, circular-, single-cut and rose diamonds, set at the centre with a cushion-shaped sapphire, detachable brooch fitting later added.
