Betsy Pelkey's Raspberry fuilled Skinny Chocolates !! Heat frozen raspberries and a dash stevia extract for just a few minutes cool..I used a chocolate covered cherry mold. I put the mold in the freezer to chill for a minute, took it out and quickly filled each mold about 1/3 full with chocolate....then tipped it around until it coated the sides. Put it in the freezer for about a minute. Took it out, added a tiny spoon raspberry mixture poured skinny chocolate over top, freeze till set.
