And another really easy morning nutrition break bento. A strawberry smoothie - I make huge batches ahead of time and freeze them in these wonderful little freezer jam jars. I take them out in the morning and they are defrosted by her break. Plus, they help keep the lunch cool. I also packed her a cereal bar and a container of white peaches with a cute little pick.
