Winter Vegetable Soup: Combine 4 cups chix broth & 3 peeled diced red potatoes, 1 can diced tomatoes, 10 oz pkg frozen lima beans & 2 TBSP onion, season w/ salt & pepper. Bring to boil, simmer til potatoes tender, 20 - 25 min. Off heat, ad 12 oz can cream style corn & serve. Adjust seasoning. gm
Kale Chips...click the link...watch the vid. Great by itself or with some hummus, be careful, its a little fragile. Not a sturdy as a chip, and go ahead and limit that salt while your at it, try some other seasonings to liven things up.
