Pirla Warna Warna, by Aboriginal artist Malcolm Maloney Jagamarra - Pirla Warna Warna| is significant ceremonial place in Tanami Desert in central Australia for the Warlpiri people. It is here the creations and beginnings of mythology Dreamings emerged. The goannas depicted represents my mother and uncle. In the Dreamtime the snakes were poisonous, however during the Chardi Warnpa ceremony they transformed into quiet black headed pythons and all our songs evolved.
