Occupied Japan was printed on the box of those flowers made during the American occupation of Japan after World War II, from 1947 to 1952. Collectors now search for these pieces. The items were made for export. Many pieces with the Occupied Japan mark were inexpensive novelties for dime stores, while others were copies of European favorites.

Dragon Porcelain Teacup - Travelling Samovar Tea House
The pendant of this necklace is a porcelain leaf, subtly coloured with several layers of Indian ink and glazed. The leaf was molded on a real fresh leaf and reproduces the fine veins of the original. Beads are in silver. www.ilemas.ch
