This video is my further exploration of Khermah's Houdini line crack tutorial on Youtube. When I got to the end of that tutorial I had some problems getting a nice render. So I spent some time debugging the scene and simplifying the workflow to get an acceptable render out of the effect. This video demonstrate node based modeling driven by an animated source.
