CHOCOLATE CHIP SKINNY MUFFIN: 1/4 Cup Ground Flax Seed, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp coconut oil, 1 T unsweetened dark cocoa powder, 2 packets stevia, 1 T chocolate soy or almond milk, 1 egg. Put all ingredients in a coffee mug and mix thoroughly. Microwave 50-90 seconds.
