A Leipzig (Saxe) des soldats français contrôlent l'origine des marchandises- Le Blocus Continental:  appliqué par Napoléon1° pour répondre au blocus déclenché par l'Angleterre sur les côtes françaises. Napoléon signe le 21 nov 1806, en réplique à la déclaration de blocus, le décret de Berlin, interdisant le commerce de marchandises anglaises dans l'Empire et  ses alliés, et excluant des ports français tous les navires ayant fait escale en Angleterre ou dans les colonies anglaises.

Nürnberg, was a German light cruiser of the Leipzig class named after the city of Nuremberg. After WW2, Nürnberg was transferred to the Soviet Union and renamed Admiral Makarov after the Russian Admiral Stepan Makarov. When the main boilers broke down on February 21, 1957, she was re-classified a training cruiser and based at Kronstadt and, on February 20, 1959, stricken from the navy records and scrapped.
