Junko Mizuno - Pure Trance... As far as I can tell, it's plot is composed of insane, doll-like females who are driven by their own madness. It's disturbing and gorgeous... (and probably too explicit for someone my age to read) Plus, the art looks like someone put Hello Kitty on steroids and then made her friends carry around whips, blood, and test tubes... O.o
