LA MEUSE ET LE CHATEAU DE CHOKIER
River the Meuse and the Chateau de Chokier, Province of Liège, Belgium. The first time the village of Chokier was cited on a map in modern times was in 1056 AD, with the name of Calcaniensi. Later in 1096 it bared the name Calcaria on maps (because of the marble quarries). But earlier there was a Roman city on this site, which still remains under the ground.
