• 1 kg Baby potatoes

• 1 Garlic clove, large

• 1 cup Green onions

• 1 tbsp Lemon, zest

• 1/4 cup Parsley

Condiments

• 1 tsp Dijon mustard

• 1/4 cup Lemon juice

Baking & Spices

• 1/2 tsp Black pepper

• 2 1/4 tbsp Salt

• 1 1/2 tsp Sugar

Oils & Vinegars

• 5 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin
