Diced cucumbers, tomatoes, onions with a lemon-based dressing in a bowl of thinly sliced cucumbers brushed with oil. To make it all round, you just slice some nice, really thin cucumbers, and when you arrange them on the inside of a circular metal cookie cutter, they naturally stick to themselves. You then fill it with your pre-tossed salad, and carefully remove the cookie-cutter mold.
