The Korsnäs sweater, traditional Finnish fisherman's from Korsnäs, west coast of Finland. A little village next by the Gulf of Bothnia. Upper and lower parts (both body and sleeves) are crocheted, middle parts knitted. Today there are several versions of the sweater with different kind of patterns. Check also www.craftsbykirsi.blogspot.com where I've shortly described the history background.
