Paleo No-Bake Chocolate Almond Snowballs   Ingredients: -1 cup almond butter (unsweetened) -1/2 cup coconut flour -2 scoops chocolate protein powder -1/2 cup coarse shredded coconut -extra coarse or fine shredded coconut for rolling balls in -1/4 to 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (depends on your protein powder and how it absorbs liquid) -4 Tbsp. coconut oil -1/2 cup xylitol -1-2 Tbsp carob powder  Mix all ingredients in a food processor, roll in coconut, chill 30 mins, and serve!
