Spinach Basil Pesto | Nutrition Stripped *only used ~1.5T of oil, but kept everything else the same. Only made ~3/4c total (semi-surprising since there was 4c of greens!). Super tasty though! Definitely a go-to recipe from now on. Made a second time using 2T sunflower seeds and 2T walnuts. Replaced oil with water. Used a blender instead of a food processor and it was a lot creamier and smoother. Still delicious as ever.
