Back view. marvelous original circa 1810 to 1815 lady's golden olive green silk satin one piece gown that was fashionable for evening wear as it was meant to be illuminated in the candle light. A fashionable high waist, an unlined bodice, a drawstring decolletage, shoulder plackets, long slender unlined sleeves with gathered shoulder tops, linen lined armscyes, underarm gussets, a one piece front and a gored skirt back, and a 1" turned hem to the unlined skirt.
