"Découverte du Pojagi, l’art Coréen" -- Discovered about pojagi at L'aiguille en fête 2015, where they were selling this book with quilts on display. There were some lovely items. I'm curious to learn more about it.
Pojagi is a Korean wrapping cloth, often made in patchwork style from small pieces of fabric and embroidered clothing. After reading the Pojagi: Korean Patchwork article by Mary Ruth Smith, Ph.D. (March 2011 issue of American Quilter), Margaret Parker of Golden, Colorado, took the challenge to design with seam lines and created a transparent summer wrap in neutral colors. She chose cream and tan sheer curtain material to showcase the lines created with the sewn-down French seams.
