A garniture of three Japanese Satsuma vases. Meiji Period.Comprising an ovoid vase with domed cover and a pair of bottle vases, all finely decorated with birds flying amidst flowering branches of prunus and peony against a shaded orange-red ground, within gilt detailed borders. Vase with cover 37cm high, bottle vases 30cm high , signed in black enamel to the base 'Dai Nihon Taizan sei' and impressed marks.
